When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Artist's Comments
Yeah, tried it again yesterday, and it turns out I just can't take photo's. There should be more space on the left, I know, but unfortunately I thought about that too late.
There were too many people walking in view making 'funny' remarks. Bleh. Will try it again if my sister will ever actually fulfill her promise and be a prop in this pic by standing in the background looking all dramatic. Comments
I don't think you need more space on the left. But a journal instead of a regular book would make more sense.
I like this, anyway. -- "No great artist ever sees things as they really are. If he did, he would cease to be an artist." ~ Oscar Wilde ~ My RedBubble |

Critiques
1. Still good vision. Something more is suggested here and it comes from the book.
2. Originality. I still like this concept. Lot of times in photos, manipulation a bit here and there create original pictures. Pictures not possible in reality, but in photographic reality world only.
3. If you could cut and past the yellow-green opening over the center of the book. This would avoid a second photo. This picture if placed on top (split screen) of a closed picture of the book--without the ink bottle and feather, give a nice before and after shot.
4: Closer. Better. Impact on writing more focused. I'm not sure why the background is so dark. Maybe an evening shot.
