I wanted to know : how did you do to make appear the text and the image ? O.o When I add a picture, and i make "Add Text", only the text appears on the deviation x_x

I loved it. The image gives that cold feeling but if you are looking at it after you read the poem, the green that is there, gives it that "just after the rising" feeling. It does not over take over the rest of the image for me.

Don't know if it would work or not but if you rendered the whole thing in blues, with a small pool of red ember colors towards the back with a faded trail upward. Don't know if it would work or not but it might be something fun to play with.

Regardless, you did a wonderful job with both! :)

While personally I don;t think the photo matches the tone of the poem, I rather like them both.
