The Circle

This is another I don't think will do very good on dA, but I'm having it printed on canvas to go above my bed so I wanted to show it to you anyway!

This is very heavily edited for the purpose of being a good canvas instead of a good photograph... I wanted to submit this in the Darkroom category for that reason, but I was afraid then people would think the owl is fake, which isn't the case. There was this black cat running down the road, and suddenly an owl came flying from the corner the cat had fled to. It was quite suspicious o.o The owl setteld on the barn next to us for about a minute before flying away. I loved the barn part, as it's a barnowl. I'm that easy

Location: Isle of Skye, Scotland.
Post processing: I upped the contrast, darkened the edges heavily, changed the colours, removed some white spots from the roof and made it look like there's a light-source above the roof, although the sky was actually all white.
