Funny fact about that tree laying on the ground on the right: it has fallen over completely, the roots are exposed, but apart from that it's still intact and alive. So the leafs still turn orange in autumn, fall off, and grow back freshly green in spring.

Post-processing: I upped the contrast (I made the dark parts more dark, and the light parts more light) and saturation, and darkened the edges.

Well...nothing proves that he isn't hiding behind a tree. There are too many trees, and even it is your artwork you cannot know everything it tells us, with our personnal vision. Oh and no need to remove the comment, I said "he", I didn't even say his name. Nothing proves that I am talking about him ;)...Okay sorry I was just kidding, in fact i didn't even think about the slender thing before you mention it, I have just clicked on your artwork because it seemed perfect to me.
