Editting done: I upped the contrast and saturation, and lowered the gamma slightly.
Edit: No, I did NOT use photoshop for this image. Like you can see above the editting done is minor. I took this photo on a misty morning in a forest where the snow, which had conserved the colours of the leafs on the ground well, had almost melted away. The reason why the path is white is because of the left-over snow, the reason why the background is white/greyish is because of the thick fog and the reason why the leafs are red is because they were If you got good circumstances you don't need to post-process much.

This is an awesome scene. Crisp vibrant colors coupled with the mist makes for a very pleasant photo. The composition is very nice, with the trees closest to you as a very dark and powerful part of the image compared to the softer tones of the trees in the background.
The white path leading in to the photo and farther in between the trees give the image something for people to concentrate on. Very nicely captured, a very mysterious scene with great colors.
Some areas are slightly under exposed, but it works well with the image. Looking forward to future photos from you.
The colors are brilliant as is the feeling of depth. The rule of thirds shows in numerous objects. Your eye is drawn into the image from the red leaves to the path and the misty woods and then back to the red leaves up high in the foreground. While the colors were manipulated, they weren't washed out as can be seen from the moss on the side of the tree. An excellent and interesting composition as well as execution. It is both spooky and interesting at the same time. This is going in my favorites folder. I like it a lot. Great shot!
This is beautiful photography, I would definitely love to use this as a colour/layout reference for a painting. If I do I will be more than happy to give you credit for it. Your work is very inspirational to other artists. WELL DONE
