Another test-shot trying out my new 50mm lens. I know it's not the kind of pic many people will like on here, but I'm very happy to finally be able to create soft focus so I'm uploading it anyway

Critique composition-wise: I wish the lowest finger had been positioned higher. Couldn't get that right while balancing the camera though.

Editting done: I upped the contrast a bit, processed the image in Noiseware to sharpen it up, and turned it into black and white. No further editting done.

Suggester Says: I love the soft focus and the contrasts between shadow and light in this piece. The detail of the water droplets on the flower petals is lovely, and the photo has a mysterious, ethereal feel to it...
