Technically this is not a good photo, with it's over-exposed bit of sky and with the bush I had to clone out on the right (I really rather don't clone anything out).

But in my defends, this is taken from inside a moving car... We had arrived in Scotland a couple of hours earlier and were driving to our cottage on Skye. This is taken a few seconds after leaving the Skye bridge connecting the mainland to the isle. The light was just marvellous, and so was the loch and the mountains, and I loved the little island looking like a monster. Unfortunately you can't park on a road right after a bridge, so we had to let this pass... I decided to pimp this photo and upload it anyway though, because I liked the scene so much :)

It looks a hell of a lot better on a black background though... or on a grey background... Just on anything but deviantART colours I think -_-

:boing: :boing: :boing:

Post processing: I changed the colours (they were more blueish and a bit greenish because of the car window), darkened the sky a bit and cloned out a bush on the right and a small bit of a branch near the middle.
Location: The Isle of Skye, Scotland.

My photos are NOT stock. This means I do not want them to be used in any way. I don't mind them being used as a reference for a drawing/painting though: please visit this link for the rules…
