Yes, I keep messing with this photo, I haven't found an editing I'm that happy with yet... This is my newest try. I upped the contrast and added just a hint of red to accentuate the red's already there.

My work is no where along the level of yours.. yet.. but I feel the same as you. As soon as I think I've found some satisfaction with an edit, I change my mind. Often I'll try to give it some time to breathe, but when I return to it, I've no clue what to do. Oh well. Love your gallery
Looks especially like a beautifully composed painting--all the more remarkable, because you couldn't (or at least didn't, I suspect ) move trees, paths, and such around to compose it better. The fact this place (if not this exact appearance of it) exists in real life is just amazing.....
