I have a question... do you must sharpen your pictures like this one? It's really unnecessary, and makes the picture look unnatural...

I sharpen when resizing, when I make the picture smaller for dA. I can assure you it is not unnecessary, if not the pictures get very blurry. I used a quick way to resize for this one though, it's a bit rough.

I know many people sharpen when resizing to small pic, I'm not stupid :) but it really is unnecessary. It just makes people fool it's sharper but for everything in fact, it just makes pictures ugly and hightens noise. The small picture isn't blurry... it's just...lack of pixels :] :D the perception of it depends on the monitor and it's settings, too.
