To me it doesn't feel like it's enough to go into the Photomanipulation category because I didn't use more than one picture, or painted things in, etc. Someone once told me that for in-between pictures there's the Darkroom category. So that's what I went with now, although I'm not sure if it counts for this kind of editing as well.
Ah well.
--- Post-processing: I cloned out the stem of the rose in the bottom right corner in the GIMP, and I upped the contrast and saturation and reduced the noise (grain) in Noiseware. The bokeh and everything else besides the lack of a stem is real.
